Thank you for visiting this webpage. My Hotel is estimated around 1990. Since then
the Hotel had five different owners. The Hotel is situated on the edge of the
jungle in the upper part of Lama Hotel in the Langtang Valley. Lama Hotel
is a logical place to rest when you are on trekking in the Langtang Valley,
since it is one day walking from Syapru Besi, Thulo Syapru and also one day on
the way back from the upper part of Langtang Valley; Kyanjin Gompa. At Hotel
Jungle View you have a great view over the mountains and the jungle with lots of
flowers, all kinds of birds and you might even see a monkey or other rare
animals.
Resting at Hotel Jungle View - Lama Hotel
When you arrive you can refresh yourself under our
24 hours open hot solar shower. If your clothes are dirty you can give them to
our laundry service. Refreshed and installed in your room, you can relax with a
cup of tea or other drink (all kinds of beverages are available at our sunny terrace with a
lot of colored flowers till the late afternoon because it is situated on the sunny
side of the mountain. When the sun disappears behind the mountains you can enjoy
one of our delicious meals in our clean heated dinner room with solar light (separated from the kitchen).
We have local western food like
macaroni, pastas and potatoes. For a good rest during the night Hotel Jungle
View has ten rooms available for you: single rooms, double rooms and three bed
rooms. We can provide warm blankets for the nights. For your convenience we have
toilets on the first and second floor so you don't have to walk very far when
you need to go to the toilet. Any kinds of problems can be solved by our staff.
We will do everything you need to have a nice rest,
enabling you to continue your
trekking in the Langtang Valley fresh and fit.
