In Argentina you'll find many cybercafes where
you also can make cheap phone call to The Netherlands, UK, Belgium and the rest
of Europe.
When you have your own notebook computer, as
volunteer, employee in Argentina or as a "normal" traveler you can also call for
free.

Download the program Skype via
http://www.skype.com and install this file on your pc. It looks a bit
similar to
Microsoft Windows Messenger. When you finalized the installation process, you
can call for free with all other Skype users around the world. To fixed
telephone lines in The Netherlands, or the rest of Western Europe and the United
States you can call for only 1,7 eurocent per minute (so almost for free).
Calling to mobile phones ranges from about 20 to 30 eurocent per minute.
You make the payment by credits which you can buy with your mastercard or other
credit card on
http://www.skype.com.
Mostly the lines are very clear, but depending on the quality of the internet
connection there might be a little disturbance or delay.
